migrated from VrayforC4D but 'No Licenses Available'

I've just gotten to updating my Cinema4D to the new vray regime, put in for a migration, got an email saying "Welcome to the Chaos Group family! Your licenses have been successfully migrated to V-Ray 3.7 for Cinema 4D. Your licenses are valid until 15 January 2020". I ran the engine installer which failed for r19 which has vray 3.6 but worked for r20, which doesn't. I installed the License Server. But after working for a short time in r20, I get a 'failed GUI license (-197)'. Log into the online server, it says "No Licenses Available"
What do I do now?
