Vray next no license online

I install a new fresh scketchup pro 2019. uninstalled previous versions. Install fresh Vray Next and online they told me that I have no Licenses. So frustrating. Please fix this issue ASAp. Every single time that I install a new version the same problem... And the worst is the Customer service... You have to wait 2 business days to people can reach you. You can't afford 2-5 guys dedicated for sketchup to answers questions FAST???? realllyyyy!!!!...

V-Ray Next is a paid upgrade for all licenses bought before December 2018. I've written details in your ticket.
