Cant use License Manager

When ever I try to activate my account in the licens mananger install I get an error saying "Activation Failed! Please activate manually" I tried starting the VRL service but that returns an error aswell. I tried to run the "start chaos license server" but nothing happens!

What can I do?

First please try to clean re-install your V-Ray license server by following the below instructions:
On the Windows machine:
1. Please close the Services window in your OS(if it is opened) and uninstall the V-Ray Online license server from your Start menu>Control Panel> Add remove programs
2. Make sure to delete the folder C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\VRLService
3. Go to the folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup" and delete all files and folders except "vrlclient.xml", which is needed.
Please download and install the latest V-Ray Online license server 5.2.2 from our web site:
https://download.chaosgroup.com/?product=48

Note: Please check for older remainings of the old V-Ray license server 3.x on the machine, that might cause some issues.

After the installation is completed, please check if the V-Ray Online license server status page "localhost:30304" is available and you are able to click "Online licensing" > Enable and enter your credentials.

If the issue still appears and the license server web page is not accessible, please check if your firewall and antivirus allow the V-Ray license server application. Also if there is a proxy server in your local network,
you will need to add the proxy settings here:
http://localhost:30304/#/settings
