Error: Slow connection to the ChaosGroup License server

Im getting this at the moment at my home setup stopping me from doing test renders. Thing is I can browse internet just fine but am using Vray Cloud to upload a scene with some phoenix caches so that would be taking some bandwidth but surely not enough to stop my licence.

This is pretty annoying is there a way to have an offline license for those on non dedicated fiber optic business connections. My Adobe CC licensing is working...?

As Vlado said, you can borrow licenses that you need for offline use. No internet communication will be needed after the borrow. There is also auto-borrow checkbox, so that every 14 days all licenses will be borrowed again.
