License service wont start

I cant get the VRL service to start and cant access my vray online license.
any help appreciated.

Fixed it myself.........had to uninstall the license server then delete remaining chaos group files in program files common files folder with the exception of vrlclient.xml
re installed license server and now all good

The http://localhost:30304 is the address for the License Server web interface and it runs locally on the computer. If there is no access to that page, as you said doing a clean reinstallation (by removing the files in C:\Common Files\ChaosGroup first) should help.
