Unable to acquire Vray for Rhino Gui license

Hello,

I get this message:
Unable to acquire Vray for Rhino Gui license

I'm not able to launch any renders, and some materials have lost their textures too.

What's the procedure to resolve this, please?

Hello, please follow these steps:
1. Login to our web site and download the latest version of V-Ray Online server from here:
https://download.chaosgroup.com/?platform=47&product=48
2. Install V-Ray Online server using the installation instructions below:

3. After you install V-Ray Online license server, please open in your web browser "localhost:30304" and see if you are able to Enable your Online licensing with your username, then press F5 on your keyboard in order to refresh the page. If you are able to see your licenses there please start Rhino and try to use V-Ray.

If you still have problems after that it will be better if you send us an email to support@chaosgroup.com with more details.

I am having the same issue- but when I follow these instructions I still get the "Unable to Aquire" message.

Please make sure to choose "Technical assistance starting the product" during the submission of the Request Type.
And please send us a screenshot of the error and another screenshot of the web page "127.0.0.1:30304"
