Hi, I tried contacting support 2 times this weeks for a very urgent problem with our licences. We attempted to change our server to a new physical machine and that caused our licences to disappear. The licence server is activated with our chaosgroup username/password and it only shows 1 available licence (there should be a lot more). I tried uninstalling/reinstalling the latest version of the licence server multiple times and it's still not working. We can't work and we need this to be solved quickly. Is there a reliable support email address that we can use to contact you? because the online form resulted in 0 reply over the last 72 hours. Thank you.
