License server will not start

http://localhost:30304/ unable to connect. Tried uninstalling the server and reinstalling it. Have never had this problem before. Checked the status page and apparently no problems

Can you try deleting "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl" folder and reinstall the license server after?
