They REALLY need to have had a better system in place to deal with this.

Imagine not having backup servers or some kind of emergency command to keep licences active during these problems.

Deadline day today, and we have an office fill of people frantically working out how fucked we are.

my.chaosgroup.com licenses & license server still broken. Managed to set up offline licenses through the license server, but I can't produce the 'Offline.bin' file through the website for a secondary offline backup!

Works for me now, but it takes a bit of time for all services to boot up. Can you try again in a couple of minutes and let me know if there is still an issue?
