Like everyone Licensing problem...

Hello,
Like many people I have this problem.
I reinstalled windows 10, its worked 1 day, then I have this message again.
I try to reinstall the server many time and delete local file from my pc but didnt work...

Using : Sketchup PRO 2019 + VRAY NEXT (1month free)
