license stuck in use

Please help....

I had a 3ds max crash and now my vray workstation license is stuck on saying it's in use under my license server. (I have online licensing)

I've tried reinstalling license server to try to reset it but it's not working.

any ideas how to get it reset?

i resolved it, it was a certificate issue in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl folder

Yes, sometimes this "ssl" folder needs to be removed and the service restarted in order for V-Ray license server to work.
