WS Licence stuck on one of the render nodes

Tried everything, nothing works, this happen before but i manage to sort it out, no luck this time.
Tried deleting, uninstalling, installing, deleting folders etc... changing IP, disabling FW, enabling, well everything except right thing.
Any idea

Seems that one license was stuck on an older install of the license server. That can happen if you borrow a license and delete manually the license server certificates after that.
Try now, should be OK.

Thx for clarification, that wasn't the reason since i didn't borrow licence before all that happened. I was just frantically tried to solve this issue by trying everything, and maybe i did do something i shouldn't in the process.
Is there any way to release licence (lets call it panic release button) so i don't lose 60 hours of rendering time, this is not first time this is happening.
