Has something changed with vray licence recently? I used to be able to use vray with few open 3ds max instances on the same computer. Since recent vray dongle upgrade not anymore. I am getting 197 error.

Could you please confirm if you are able to open at least one instance of V-Ray and 3ds Max on your machine and work with V-Ray? What is your currently installed version of V-Ray on your machine(please quote the name of V-Ray installation file downloaded from our web page)?
