I am not able to use the DR machine, 3ds max, vray next. Both the same vray version, spawner running, IP machine with licence server set up correctly, same port (with 30304 I had error saying that cannot connect to DR machine, with 20204 I am getting info in attched file). Support ask me to set up teamviewer to have a look but maybe somebody with come up with idea to speed up the process. Thank you in advance.

You can check the V-Ray client license settings on the slave machine with IP address 192.168.0.115:
https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings
If it points to the correct IP address, where the license server is activated and the license is available, then you can try to locally render and see if the machine is actually taking a license or not.
If the machine is rendering locally and the license settings are correct, the fastest way is to send the Team Viewer remote session credentials to our support e-mail so we can connect and help.

The IP address is correct. How to render it locally?

If you have 3ds Max, please start it and try to render something with V-Ray locally on the render slave machine.
If 3ds Max is trial and not able to open, please run in Command Prompt the following:
If your 3ds Max is 2018 for example:
"C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3ds Max 2018\bin\vray.exe" -sceneFile="The path to the *.vrscene file"
"C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray\3ds Max 2018\bin\vray.exe" -sceneFile=D:\caustics.vrscene
If you don't have a vrscene file type, please export one from your 3ds Max and proceed with the test.

you mean locally with DR enable? It is rendering fine, picking one node. I have bought additional node last week and it is under online, where as vray +node are attached to dongle. Do I need to update dongle?

I mean to try to render locally on the render slave machine, with IP address 192.168.0.115, which appears in the log with licensing error message. On this same machine, the client license settings should point to the IP address of the machine, where V-Ray license server is installed and activated. If you are able to render locally as suggested with my above post, then it is best for our support team to make a remote session in order to help you further.
