can't use vray

i get this error message

but can't install the vrl license server for some reason i get this error message?

When you get the error message - there should be an "Ignore" button on the bottom - left side of the installer window - try clicking it.

Hi, i updated to vray next update 3 today, and now i get the same error ( // Error: Could not obtain a license (-200): The ChaosGroup License Server could not be reached. // )
reinstalled Vray and started vray license server but the error persiste.

Please do the following:

Uninstall the Chaos Group license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.2.3 from the following page:

Click on the Ignore button if you again receive the "ERROR: Unable to copy temporary log file for uninstallation of Chaos License Server" message.
Go to the Chaos License server page (localhost:30304), enable your Online/Dongle licensing and tell me if you can see your V-Ray licenses. Send us screenshots from the Chaos License server page to support@chaosgroup.com, if your issue continues.

Thank you, it s working again.

this 3 steps from prevous post worked for me .

1. Please close the Services window in your OS(if it is opened) and uninstall the V-Ray Online license server from your Start menu>Control Panel> Add remove programs
2. Make sure to delete the folder C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\VRLService
3. Go to the folder "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup" and delete all files and folders except "vrlclient.xml", which is needed.

then reinstalling license server.
