First issue: We are always losing connection to license server in our machines.
Second issue, yesterday due our licenses expiration we lost a 24h presenz render.
Third issue, we bought one license for 30 days yesterday at 14:30pm, we have the invoice paid and saying the expiration date and we still didnt received the email confirmation and we cant use the license ??? We contacted support through 2checkout and also chaosgroup and we still didnt got any reply.
So is support on vacations ?
