License Server 5.3.0 often displays "Loading your licenses ..."

License Server 5.3.0 often displays "Loading your licenses ..." and does not display license details.
(Check in Windows 10 environment)

It will recover when Stop / Start Service is performed, but it will occur again over time.
Obviously abnormal compared to the previous version.

Please fix.

Which browser do you use? I've seen that happening in Internet Explorer, the other browsers should be OK.
