Can't Enable Chaos License Server

I am trying to activate my online licenses, but it appears as if I have a problem.
I was using V-Ray 3.6 for SketchUp normally. I installed V-Ray Next for testing and now has this problem.
I dont use proxy on my network nor my computer.
Chaos License Server is released in Firewall.
I am using the internet normally. I connected the computer to two different networks and had the same problem in both.

Please, how could I solve this?

Hello, if you are using Windows do the following:
1. Right click on the task bar --> Task Manager --> Services --> right click on VRLService -->Stop
2. In Windows explorer navigate to "C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup\ssl" and delete the files in the folder.
3. In the Task Manager --> Services --> right click on VRLService -->Start
4. In your web browser open http://localhost:30304 then click on Online Licensing -->Enable and login with your username/email
After that you should be able to see your licenses.
