Dongle and Ubuntu 19

Hello, i'm a Linux newb , i'm trying to install my vray dongle.
I've downloaded wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb from wibu website.
I'm starting it, say install, give my password and nothing ..

So i'm trying with terminal.
sudo dpkp -i wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb
it's say to me :
sudo dpkg -i wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb dpkg: concernant wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb contenant wkrt-lin, problème de pré-dépendance : wkrt-lin pré-dépend de multiarch-support multiarch-support n'est pas installé. dpkg: erreur de traitement de l'archive wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb (--install) : problème de pré-dépendance - wkrt-lin non installé Des erreurs ont été rencontrées pendant l'exécution : wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb

So i'm tring : udo apt-get install multiarch*
It's installing some multiarch .. .amd64 ..
I'm trying to install again the deb ans it's return :

Hello,

These errors seem to be connected to your Linux installation. Please try the following commands in the Linux terminal:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade

Run the WibuKey Runtime installer again, if you receive the same error messages, please try the following commands:
sudo dpkg --configure -a sudo apt-get -f install

Please try the following commands:

dpkg -i libc6_*deb multiarch-support_*deb libgcc1_*deb
sudo dpkg --force-all -i wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb
sudo apt install -f

Another thing that we can try is use gdebi. Gdebi should be looking for missing dependencies in the .deb files you want to install. If the above suggestions do not help, please use
sudo apt-get gdebi
sudo gdebi wkrt-lin_6.51.3477.500_amd64.deb

gdebi should show us what exactly cannot be installed.

it's say there is no 'libc6_*deb'

$ sudo apt-get gdebi
E: L'opération gdebi n'est pas valable

it's say no valid operation

I am really sorry, can you please try the "sudo apt-get gdebi" syntax as sudo apt-get install gdebi ? This should allow you to install gdebi.

Regarding the issue with the libc6_*deb error, please try one of the solutions described in the topic here:

Please try to install the file with gdebi before trying the solutions from the askubuntu forum.

I do what you do .. but it's not working , then i've tried to understand the ideas on the topics without success, i'm a new linux user. ( more than 25 years with windows make you far away from linux knowledge )

so, i don't know how, i'm arriving at this page and download the deb : https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/eoan/am...tiarch-support i've try to install it with the terminal but it not work .. so i decide to just clic and it's work

so now i have multiarch things !! i clic on the wkrt-lin* deb and it's install fine !

great i restart the computer and localhost and YES !! dongle is seens and working in the licence manager !!
