my licenses say they are in use and they are not..HELP!

i just finished building my new workstation. installed max and vray, activated online licensing.. vray says no licenses are available.

the vray license manager says they are in use on my old workstation, which is impossible given its unplugged with no gpus in it.

ive tried deactivating online licensing and reactivating, but it still says they are in use. i dont see any button to force their release.

this is quite urgent, ive got lots to render!

Just a wild guess, did you "borrow" the licenses? Could this be the reason why they are locked to the other PC?

i did actually borrow my licenses
however they show as "in use" not "borrowed" so i have no option to return them

ok so i resolved this by basically rebuilding my old workstation, and returning the borrowed licenses. quite annoying to spend 30 mins putting pc back together just to click a few buttons then take it apart again .

can i suggest an option in the license server to "unborrow" licenses even from another machine?
