No Online Lic Available

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to setup my vray lic for maya2020 and unreal4.24 and am getting this message on my lic server page http://127.0.0.1:30304/#/

I've downloaded the proper install files for my operating system (win64) and also downloaded the latest vray lic server (5.4). Window firewall also has the correct exception.


I have verified that my products are active through my chaosgroup account, but am running into a wall here. I can't request an offline lic either.


Any ideas?

We are not able to see what is the exact message that appears? Could you please attach a screenshot and let us know if the V-Ray client license settings point to your localhost or else? You might also send us an e-mail at our e-mail address: support@chaosgroup.com
with further information regarding V-Ray version and screenshots, and what are the exact e-mail address/username tied to your license, so we can check and further investigate your issue. Thank you.
