No license after windows 2004

Looks like windows broke it. How to I fix so it sees the license again. using dongle.

Hello,

Please confirm that your dongle is plugged in and recognised by your machine.

If your dongle is working properly, uninstall the Chaos Group license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.4.0 from the following page:

Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Dongle licensing and tell me if you can see your V-Ray licenses. Send me screenshots from the localhost page if you continue to experience this issue.
