No licenses available after migrating from dongle to online licensing

I'e done the transfer of my dongle licenses to online licensing following the license server web interface and now the dongle is not working (as expected) and no licenses are available online ....
I've tried reinstalling the license server (5.5.0) to no avail. Now I'm really stuck on the weekend. Please help.

Could you please send e-mail to sales@chaosgroup.com and please mention your username and dongle SN, so that my colleagues could check why the migration did not work and help you.
