Logout of Online License / Dongle transfer issues

I tried to migrate our vray next dongle licenses to online licenses. But I'm getting the message "Due to technical issues your licenses were not migrated to online. Our support team will contact you via email for further details.".

Maybe I'm not properly logged in our chaos group account. I thought off signing of the license server from our account but "sign out" is grayed out.

Does anyone know what to do?

We would like to upgrade to vray 5 but cant without transfering the next licenses to our online account

I managed to transfer the licenses. Problem was that I wasn't doing the transfer on the license server locally. I tried to transfer the licenses via the ip of the server from another client. But it seems that you have to do this via localhost/127.0.0.1. Maybe you can write this info down in the documentation.
