I believe/believed I have/owned a few render nodes (can't remember how many I purchased, nor even what version they are) - but when I go into my account, under Active Products, all I see is Phoenix ?
I don't see PD Player, I don't even see V-Ray Next ?
And I certainly don't see any Render Nodes ?
Yet, according to me, I do own all those pieces of software.
Please can you advise ?
The other VERY annoying thing under Downloads is that you list softwares that I have NOT purchased.
This all seems backwards. I already made the 'mistake' of installing Phoenix 4.0 (when it was announced as being available for me to download) - yet I cannot run it because it is a trial version ????????
So why put it in the bucket of softwares that I *do* own ?
(your system DEFAULTS to showing me software that I don't own, V-Ray 5, and if I want to see 'all' software, including ones I do own, I have to check the box marked "Show All Versions" - why not have a check box which says "Show ONLY YOUR PURCHASES" ??)
