Just upgrade from vray next 4.++ to vray 5 hotfix 1, but cannot get license. Has try restart 3ds max

I have switch it back to older version for current use

The error message -197 usually means that you have a V-Ray license, but it doesn't correspond to the V-Ray for 3ds Max build version installed on your machine.
In order to work with the latest builds of V-Ray 5 for 3ds Max, your license should be the latest available. Could you please confirm if you also upgraded your license, or you only installed the latest build of V-Ray 5 for 3ds Max? The upgrade from V-Ray NEXT to V-Ray 5 is 590 USD. To upgrade your license you need to migrate your license from hardware dongle to online licensing. Here it is explained how to.
Once moved to online licensing you will be able to upgrade directly with us or via your reseller.

Upgrades are available with online licensing only. If you want to upgrade to v.5 you need to migrate from dongle to online.

Hi, After I migrate online, should I uninstall the wibukey and un-plug the dongle from my pc to use V-Ray 5?
