I am having difficulty transfer my licenses in order to upgrade my Vray & Phoenix FD software. They both currently work with 3dsmax but when I follow the instructions to transfer it fails and the log file (user.log) shows the following entries

"wsarecv: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond"

Please can somebody assist.

The transfer is now successful.
