Vray 5 demo and Vray Next on same machine

I have Vray Next together with 3ds Max 2019 running on my machine. In order to try out Vray 5 (the demo) i was under the impression I could use it with an other version of 3ds Max on the same machine. I've installed 3ds Max 2021 and Vray 5, but I/m getting an license error (-197).
