Problem with obtaining a V-Ray 5 for 3ds Max licence

Hello all,

I have the problem that my new V-ray 5 licence is not visible via the Licence Server Interface. After the installation of V-Ray 5 I'm getting the "could not obtain a licence (-197) error. If I check the licence (http://localhost:30304) I can only see my old V-Ray for Max 3.0 and Render Node 3.0 licences and not V-Ray 5.

According to my reseller V-Ray 5 online licence should be ready. I've also got the confirmation mail from Chaos Group. I have updated the Licence Server to the latest version but this did not help.

What am I doing wrong, has anyone else had this problem before?
