Account access login issues

I just tried to access my account but the password was refused. On trying to reset it it is still refused, so it must be another issue.
I emailed support but thought to post just in case it was missed or there is anyone watching there who can help.
I wouldn't bother but I would very much like to get the latest stable with the light mix fix, as I need it for a current project.

If there is any other way I can access just this release then that's also good.

Hi....this was fixed but went wrong again. It was fixed again this morning, however it now will only allow access to the forum and not to the accoount. It's ticket 316-611-3803.

No response from anyone since 10 days ago and no response to this thread. Sad face.
Despite emails I am still locked out of my account and today I have no licence.
So....I guess I would really like to have access to my software please
I suspect that nobody is now around to deal with this for the next almost 3 days. Not an ideal situation.
