Hi guys,
when running a phoenix job on a Royal Render farm, jobs executing 3dsmaxbatch.exe require a GUI phoenix license. Jobs running the executable 3dsmaxcmd.exe and the same simulation script, take a simulation license as expected.
Is this the intended behaviour? It's not a problem to keep using 3dsmaxcmd, even though 3dsmaxbatch is more suited for executing scripts.
Are there any plans to allow 3dsmaxbatch to use simulation licenses in the future
Thanks,
Paolo
