GUI license error (-200) - V-Ray 5

Hi,

We recently upgraded from V-Ray Next to V-Ray 5 and licenses worked for a few days but now I'm getting the error (-200). We are running the latest version of the license server 5.5.1 and we have an available license as can be seen in screen shots. Max is looking for the correct correct ports.





In terms of a timeline I left a render running on Friday, checked the machine using remote desktop on Sunday. The render had completed but the license was failing to check out. I initially though our server might have dropped out or something. So I saved the passes and file, closed max and restarted the machine but the problem is persisting.

Please can someone help to resolve this issue?
