Could you please check if the V-Ray client license settings are pointing to the machine, where the license server is installed. If this is local, please input "127.0.0.1" or "localhost". If this is a network machine, please input the ip address of the machine in the below-mentioned client license settings:
https://docs.chaosgroup.com/display/...cense+Settings
Also, I spotted that the license server is old, which most probably is not the issue here, but we always recommend to all of our clients to download and install the license V-Ray license server at the moment - 5.5.1:

Let me know if the above suggestions helped you.

What do you mean by "127.0.0.1 cannot be reached". Could you please confirm if the screenshot of the license server web interface from your previous post is locally installed on the same local machine and you opened the address "127.0.0.1:30304" locally in order to retrieve it? Also please send me a screenshot of the V-Ray client license settings, so I can see if they are correct.
I can see that your license of V-Ray 5 for 3ds Max is in use by a machine called "HYPERWORKS" and ip address 192.168.0.103. Please confirm. Thank you.Last edited by stefan.isakov; 25-11-2020, 04:46 AM.
