Vantage License Error -197

Hi all,

Having some trouble with Vantage licensing today. It was working perfectly before.


I've tried uninstall and install again with same localhost:30304 server and still no luck.
I'm also logged in with the correct license account.

Is this something you can do to help please?

I am afraid,that I am not able to alocate any Chaos Vantage licenses in our database, which is tied to your e-mail.
I can see that the e-mail address have only V-Ray for 3ds Max license.
In order to work with Chaos Vantage, you will need to apply for it on the link below(make sure to use the same e-mail as your other license, because you can not activate two users at the same time):

After you apply, please make sure to check the system requerments:

Then please go to our downloads section in order to download and install Chaos Vantage:

Make sure that V-Ray license server is installed and you activate the license with your username/e-mail tied to your license on the web page "127.0.0.1:30304"
