    Unable to Acquire Vray GUI License
    Here is my Log, not sure what is wrong...

    Thank you for the log attached.
    Could you please quote the name of V-Ray installation file installed and please send us a screenshot of the web page "127.0.0.1:30304" so i can check if your license is available and activated with your e-mail and what is the status of the licenses that it shows.
    Also please check and send us a screenshot of the V-Ray client license settings:

    We can see in our database that your e-mail have the following licenses:
    1 x V-Ray for Rhino 3.0
    1 x V-Ray Next for Rhino
    The above means that you will be able to work with V-Ray 3.x or V-Ray Next for Rhino build.
    Please note that if you want to work with the latest V-Ray 5 for Rhino builds, you will need to upgrade your license.

        I cannot seem to connect to the license server on my local IP + connection port.

          In order to work with the latest V-Ray 5 for Rhino builds, you will need to upgrade your license.
          We can see in our database that your e-mail have the following licenses:
          1 x V-Ray for Rhino 3.0
          1 x V-Ray Next for Rhino
          The above means that you will be able to work with V-Ray 3.x or V-Ray Next for Rhino build.
          If you want to upgrade your V-Ray Next for Rhino license to V-Ray 5 for Rhino,
          please contact your local re-seller or follow the link below:

          If you want to go back to V-Ray Next for Rhino installation,
          please follow the below steps:

          First please uninstall any previous versions of V-Ray and V-Ray license server,
          also please make sure to remove the following folders if they exist after the installation:
          C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\V-Ray (If you have other versions of V-Ray, please delete only V-Ray for Rhino folder)
          C:\Program Files\Chaos Group\VRLService
          C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup
          C:\Program Data\ASGVIS\Vfr

          C:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 5/6 (64-bit)\System (files below)
          -vray.dll
          -cgauth.dll
          -libmmd.dll
          -svml_dispmd.dll
          3. C:\Program Files\Rhinoceros 5/6/7 (64-bit)\System\V-Ray for Rhino
          and
          %appdata% \Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0/6/7\Plug-ins\V-Ray for Rhino

          1. Log in to our web site and download V-Ray Next for Rhino 5/6/7 here:

          V-Ray license server:

          2. Follow the installation instructions mentioned below:

          3. Make sure that you installed V-Ray Next for Rhino and V-Ray Online license server 5.5.1 from the above-mentioned link,
          then please open in your web browser "localhost:30304" and see if you are able to Enable your Online licensing
          with your username/e-mail address and press "F5" on your keyboard in order to refresh the web page.
          4. If you are able to see your V-Ray Next for Rhino license there, please start Rhino and use V-Ray.

            Hello I installed the older version of Vray, but when i go to localhost:30304 i get a

            "This site can't be reached"
            localhost refused to connect.

            What should i do now?

              Ok I've reinstalled the License Server and I can get to the license server. The server is green and go, I have the correct version of VRAY, but I still cannot acquire GUI license.
