  • Failed to checkout a V-ray for Sketchup license

    I brought both v-ray 3 and v-ray collection (I believe it is 5), but my local license server only display license for V-Ray 3 products, but I installed V-ray 5 for Sketchup and unable to use it, I contacted the support team, there is no followup besides the initial response. Anyone hit the same issue and how to resolve?

      We can see in our database that your V-Ray Universal license appears under your account and even the V-Ray 5 for Sketchup is in use by a machine called "jerrywgame" with IP address 192.168.1.7.
      Could you please confirm and let us know if the machine and IP address are the same? If you are not comfortable providing personal information here, please reply to your ticket/e-mail from us, so we can schedule a remote session and help you with this issue.
