I don't see my license

I'm again suffering this problem. Would it be possible to adjust timeout values at your end so we, who have very poor and unstable internet connections available in our area, could be more productive? It's not nice when pressing F9 You never know if You have connection to license server or not. If I'm reading or sending emails in another computer, I cannot render in the meantime, because email is eating all the available bandwidth. The problem is gone when no other computer is not using the internet.
