Hi,
I've just purchased a monthly simulation license for Phoenix FD so I can submit the simulation to a node on our farm and continue to work on my workstation. Obviously we also have a workstation licence for Phoenix too. I've just submitted the simulation to backburner and everything seems to be fine, but now I have go back to my workstation to work on another scene and it reports that the workstation 'Could not obtain a Phoenix simulation license 1002...'. How is this? Surly we get one simulation licence when we buy Phoenix to use locally (as we can perform simulations with it after that purchase normally), and another that I have just purchased?
Currently it seems that I only have one simulation licence even though I should have one for my workstation and one additional node for the farm.
When I check the 'Active products' and the 'manage the licences' It says we have:
1x Phoenix FD simulation node - Monthly
1x Phoenix FD 4 for 3ds MAX - Perpetual
Any help on this would be great.
