Cant obtain a lIc

Good afternoon,
Having issues trying to get render farm to obtain a license. I have installed latest license Server 5.5.4 . Checked to see license are online (See attached Image). I’m at a loss as to why the farm cannot connect to obtain a license. Any suggestions?

Thanks for getting in touch.

This error is usually caused by a firewall blocking the License Server.

After installing the Chaos License Server app, make sure that TCP Port 30304 is open for both incoming and outgoing communications in the firewall software.
