  • Can't obtain license

    Since the august 16th OLS maintenance I can't get my license to work with Vray.

    Whenever I try to use the software I get a message saying "Failed to checkout a V-Ray for sketchup license". When I access localhost:30304 I get a message "No licenses available" and in the upper section, at Online licesing, it says I might have a connection or proxy issue. Sice I don't use a proxy and my connection is working fine, with no alterations or fluctuations I assume it's something else.
    Tried contact with my local dealer and they couldn't solve it either.

    I've uninstalled and reinstalled both latest versions of License Server and VRay applications but had no success either.

    Hope you guys can help me, I looked everywhere and don't know what else to do.

    Hello!

    Please uninstall the Chaos license server and remove any remaining files from the following folder:

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\ChaosGroup

    Afterwards, download and install the latest Chaos license server 5.5.4 from the following page:

    https://download.chaosgroup.com/down...dalone-554-adv

    Go to the Chaos License server page (http://localhost:30304), enable your Online licensing and tell me if you can see your V-Ray licenses. If you are still unable to use V-Ray - Contact us via our official support form here: https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us

    Send us screenshots from the localhost page if you continue to experience this issue.
