  • Urgent Help Needed

At the end of a project (deadline tomorrow) and my main computer just died. I moved to another one to redo and keep going with my renders, and Vray will not work for me: I can't get a license--I bought a monthly one because I'm desperate, and I downloaded the trial just in case, so I can now see 3 of them in my account, but when I go to http://localhost:30304/ I get a message that I have no licenses. I've tried to connect through Rhino, as I've done in the past, also getting the message that I have no licenses. I've used multiple browsers, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 7 or 8 times, I've checked my firewall settings / permissions, IP address. This is ridiculous--beyond ridiculous. Someone please help!

I can’t even upload images from my phone because they’re too large, like it’s 2006. So disappointing.

I have three active products: my annual subscription, the monthly that I bought today, and the trial that I downloaded today. I can see all three in my account under active products. But when I try to use Vray in Rhino I get the following error message (and this was happening before I purchased the other two):

      HASP dll not correctly installed
Installing Rhinoscript: Value cannot be null
      Parameter name: path1

so in this case I go to license server, at which point I see a message saying “No licenses available.” No additional info.

      Thanks.
