Could not obtain a license (1002)

I have the same problem again:
error: Could not obtain a license (1002): 1002: All the licenses for this product are currently engaged.
In the license server the render node appears to be in use. And It's not... obviously.
Can You please fix this already?

I received this from support today regarding the -198 license error

Hello, uninstall the Chaos license server (from Control Panel -->Programs and features), then open Windows explorer and navigate to C:\Program files\Common files\Chaosgroup and delete the ssl folder. After that login to our website, download and install the Chaos license server from the link below:
https://download.chaosgroup.com/?platform=47&product=48
During the installation click on Customize and untick the box "Activate during installation" and click on Install now. If you see any error messages click on the Ignore button. After the installation is finished open http://localhost:30304 in your web browser and activate the Online licensing with your email. After that you should see your licenses listed on the page and be able to use V-Ray.

Thanks but that didn't work. It just started working after an hour or two. The support said I should borrow my license and work offline.

I didnt use it either...I got that email a day after I needed my license back. Id lost loads of work time over the weekend due to this unfixed issue. I also couldnt borrow a license since it was saying I didnt have any to borrow....since it thought my one license was in use. Helpful!
