licensing problem

Hello,
I have an active subscription of sketchup pro 21 (including vray) and for several months I've been using vray but at some point vray appeared to be deactivated.
I reinstalled it but when I select 'activate license' I get the following message (attached image)
help please!

The Chaos server is experiencing an outage of some sort. We just have to wait until it comes back online.
