Chaos License Server could not be reached

when I want to render an image in DR-Rendering, this window appears. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened. Until a few hours ago I could render without any problems.

Thanks for getting in touch.

First check if you're able to reach the License Server here - > http://localhost:30304/ and if it's working(there should be a green light).

This can also be related to a firewall blocking the app from working. If the issue persists I will advise you to reach us out here -> https://support.chaos.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so we can help you better.

Sorry for getting back to you so late. We solved the problem yesterday.
"com.chaos_group.vrol.plist" was not copied to the "LaunchDaemons" folder during the update. For some inexplicable reason, the access rights were not in order after the update.

Sorry das ich mich so spät melde. Wir haben gestern das Problem gelöst.
„com.chaos_group.vrol.plist“ wurde beim Update nicht in den Ordner „LaunchDaemons“ kopiert. Aus unerklärlichen Gründen waren die Zugriffsrechte nach dem Update nicht in Ordnung.
