    hi,

After updating to the latest version /vrY 52001 for sketchup win/ I can no longer access vray.

Is there something I have missed during the update?

I've got the same issue and I've uninstalled both SketchUp and V-Ray trying to start from scratch and still this error persists. I'm on Windows 10 / Skp 2021.

      Hello, Jamie and Michael,

Apologies for the inconvenience this problem has caused!
We have just identified its cause. Our dev team is currently preparing a solution that will be included in an upcoming hotfix!

For the time being you can work around it by typing in %APPDATA% in the Windows File Explorer, then create a folder named Chaos Group at that location. Next, open the newly-created "Chaos Group" folder and create one more named V-Ray for SketchUp.
The final path should look like this: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Chaos Group\V-Ray for SketchUp
Once this is done, please relaunch SketchUp, accept the EULA and everything should work fine.

      Kind regards,
      Peter
