V-Ray keeps asking me to sign in. "Failed to checkout a v-ray for Rhino license" Signing-in does nothing

Ok so I keep getting this message and then I successfully sign into Chaos Group. The local server shows one license available for me to use but V-Ray just wont work. It keeps making me sign in. I tried everything from reinstalling the license server to offline license. I am not sure where to upload the offline license file or if this would even solve this.
