Could you please quote the name of Phoenix FD installation file installed and please send us a screenshot of the web page "127.0.0.1:30304" so we can check if your license is available and activated with your username and what is the status of the licenses that it shows?
Please confirm what is your username/e-mail tied to your purchase and the version of your 3D application/OS version.
Also please check and send us a screenshot of the V-Ray client license settings:
