Dongle Reprogramming - No Response Written 3X now

Looking to have my older dongle from vray 3 reprogrammed. Asked twice over a month now and no response to sales@chaos

Okay. you have an automated response which was junked/spam. I did NOT see this with my main email account over a month ago...
BUT, PLEASE change your help files online regarding dongle reprogramming so that people do not email a defunct email address in the first place.

I just noticed a spammed email from you in my hotmail's junk box and filled out the form online. This could have saved me a lot of headache... Thank you.

Still waiting in getting the licensing resolved. Had to reprogram the dongle to online licensing but have been waiting on a number of questions as well as getting Vantage changed from one email to my main email. Is Vlado and Peter still around the forum these days???

I remember Vlado had personally handed me the dongle which I just deactivated back at SIGGRAPH Boston.
