Unable to acquire V-RAy for Rhino GUI License! Failed to load RENDER NODE

Hello, as of today, all our computers can't acquire license. Friday everything was working fine but now every user can't use V-ray. i go to Vray menu > Help > License > License Server... and it takes me to online server where it shows our 8 licenses. Tried reinstaling license server and then vray itself, no resolution. Also tried offline licensing but didn't work. Also checked firewall and all v-ray related is allowed.
Need urgency in the matter in hand, as we are losing work time.

Hello, it will be best if you open a support ticket using the link below. More info regarding the versions of Rhino and V-Ray you have installed on the machines and screenshot from the license server page http://localhost:30304 will be very useful.
