License error -7

I'm getting the error -7. The ChaosGroup License Server is denying access. Update the license server and check the access filter.
The Chaos account page and the download page are not working.
Is the site down?

ok, this is strange, the support page is not working in Firefox, in Chrome, and on the phone, but, when switched to mobile data on mobile, the support page works.

Yes, you can borrow your licenses for offline use and even activate the license server offline:
